Men's Retreat

MEN’S OVERNIGHT RETREAT: “You Are My Beloved; In You I Am Well Pleased.” (Matthew 3:17) Do you struggle with feeling like you are not enough? Do you often feel caught on the hamster wheel of life just getting by? Join us for a weekend retreat in which we (re) discover our sonship through an intimate encounter with the beloved son. This retreat will feature a series of mini-talks, Ignatian prayer reflections, and group discussions that will be aimed at bringing you back into a relationship with the God who longs for you to be the best version of yourself. Spiritual direction will also be offered for those wishing to partake in those spiritual opportunities. Retreat begins with check-in at 4 pm and ends after dinner on Saturday at 7 pm. Offering: $160 for overnight and $90 for Commuter
Retreat presenters for this weekend are Tom Andino & Chris Spilka. Tom Andino is currently the Music Director for the Parishes of St. Michael/St Peter, Onondaga Hill & Our Lady of Hope, Syracuse. He worked for over 20 years in the Office of Campus Ministry at Le Moyne College as Director of Liturgy & Music and in his last seven years there as Director of the Office of Campus Ministry. Chris Spilka is currently the Director of the Catholic Campus Ministry at Virginia Commonwealth University and is the former Director of Christ The King Retreat House. Both Tom & Chris, are founding members of the Cyrenian Way – a lay-led apostolate dedicated to providing prayer communities who aim at helping others carry their cross.
