A Hole in Your Heart - Moving Through Grief

All you who are dealing with the loss of any kind are invited to join us for an experience of “Moving through Grief” with Sally Manahan.  Learning about the various aspects of grief, resilience, and the experience of others is a way to move through your own loss.  Will include a teaching about grief, some reflection time, optional sharing.  It matters not how long ago your loss was, if it is still felt in the present, come.  Offering:  $30 includes lunch

Sally Manahan: . Sally guest lecturers at Le Moyne College, Crouse School of Nursing, as well as providing end of life, caregiving, resilience and community-building education for Francis House staff, volunteers, and the general public. She is the Chair of the Board of the Spiritual Renewal Center of Syracuse (SRC).
